Adriaan Andringa is an strategy and public affairs consultant and the founder of BxG Strategy, advising companies and organizations operating in highly regulated and geopolitically exposed markets. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of politics, technology and industry, he supports clients in navigating regulatory complexity, shaping policy outcomes and translating political constraints into commercial opportunity.
Adriaan has held senior roles in government affairs, industrial policy and business development across the Netherlands, Germany and Brussels. He has advised executive leadership teams, managed large multidisciplinary teams, and represented organizations at ministerial, parliamentary and EU levels. His sector experience spans Aerospace and Defense, Artificial Intelligence, BatteryTech, Semiconductors, Advanced Manufacturing and emerging technologies—industries where regulation, security concerns and industrial policy directly influence market access and growth.
Adriaan started his career as a political operative as part of the Obama for America campaign in 2012, before working as a spokesperson, political advisor and national campaign and communications manager for D66 in the Netherlands. He was twice elected to city council and provided campaign strategy advice to candidates in several countries. He’s also a published author, provides analysis on American politics for Dutch media and is host of the AadCast podcast on technology and politics.
